Who we are

KLYENT AI Builder Lab is a program and brand operated by Klyent LLC, located at 2622 S 162nd Street, New Berlin, WI 53151. You can reach us about this policy at admin@klyent.app.

This policy covers the KLYENT AI Builder Lab website, program enrollment, the KLYENT AI Builder Accelerator application, payments, and program administration.

1. What we collect

Contact and identity information. When you enroll in a program or submit an Accelerator application, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number and, where you choose to supply it, your company or business name and role or title.

Enrollment information. We record the program and cohort you select, your enrollment status, payment status, the policy versions you accepted and when, and related enrollment records.

Accelerator application information. If you apply to the Accelerator, we collect the answers you submit: your participation type, preferred cohort, attendance status, starting point, desired outcome, and the background, experience, project, business, or problem information you voluntarily include. We also record your privacy acknowledgment.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Klyent LLC never receives or stores your full payment-card number. We retain transaction and payment metadata, such as a payment reference, amount, currency, and status, as necessary for enrollment, reconciliation, refunds, support, accounting, and fraud and security purposes.

Communications. If you contact us about an application, enrollment, program, payment, transfer, refund, or support request, we keep the information you send us so we can respond and keep an accurate record.

Technical and security information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes standard request and log information, such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the site. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • process and decide Accelerator applications;
  • administer enrollment and reserve and coordinate your cohort participation;
  • process and reconcile payments and refunds;
  • communicate with you about applications, payments, schedules, and program logistics;
  • provide customer support;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • maintain business records;
  • comply with legal and accounting obligations; and
  • operate and improve KLYENT AI Builder Lab.

3. Service providers

We work with a small number of service providers to operate Builder Lab: Stripe for payment processing, and the hosting, database, and backend infrastructure providers that run this website and store program records. Where we send operational email, it is sent through our email service provider.

Service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us. Their own handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

4. Software you choose to use

Builder Lab is a hands-on program, and participants independently choose and use third-party software in their projects. Tools demonstrated or discussed may include, for example, ChatGPT, Lovable, Supabase, and GitHub in Foundations, and additionally Claude / Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Vercel, and GoHighLevel in the Accelerator. This list is illustrative, not mandatory or exhaustive. You may choose other tools.

Accounts you create directly with these third parties are governed by those third parties' own privacy policies. Klyent LLC does not supply these accounts and does not control data you independently choose to submit to an external service. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, customer, personal, credential, or production data to any tool unless you have the authority to do so.

5. Communications from us

We use your contact information for legitimate operational communications: application decisions, enrollment confirmations, payment reminders, cohort dates, schedule changes, venue and logistics details, and support responses.

Enrolling does not automatically sign you up for marketing texts or calls. If we separately offer marketing communications, applicable consent and opt-out mechanisms apply.

6. We do not sell your information

Klyent LLC does not sell participant personal information.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to: work with the service providers described above; comply with law or legal process; protect Klyent LLC, our participants, or others; investigate fraud or security issues; or complete a legitimate corporate transaction (such as a merger or sale), if one ever occurs.

7. How long we keep information

Accelerator applicants who do not enroll. We generally retain application records for up to twelve (12) months after the application process ends, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary because of an active dispute, a legal obligation, a fraud or security investigation, your consent, or another legitimate documented business need.

Enrolled participants. Enrollment, payment, program, support, and related business records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for accounting and tax purposes, contractual history, dispute resolution, fraud and security, legal compliance, and legitimate business recordkeeping.

8. Age

KLYENT AI Builder Lab programs are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly seek enrollment or application information from children.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

10. Your choices and requests

You can contact us at admin@klyent.app to request access to or correction of information you supplied, ask questions about retention, request deletion where appropriate, or raise any other privacy question.

Where we must retain records for legitimate or legal reasons, such as accounting, tax, or dispute obligations, we will explain that rather than delete them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Builder Lab evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version date on this page and, where appropriate, by giving additional notice. Changes apply going forward; we will not materially repurpose information we already collected for unrelated uses without notice.
