The KLYENT AI Builder Lab workspace in New Berlin, Wisconsin

Not an AI class. Internal capability your company keeps.

Two company pathways

Build the capability. Or build the solution.

Two programs, two different jobs. Foundations trains an employee to build with AI. The Accelerator turns a real company problem into a real working build. They are not the same program at different levels; they serve different starting points.

Build Internal Capability

Foundations

Core AI-building training
$500per participant

For employees who need to learn how to:

  • Direct AI effectively
  • Build software / automation
  • Understand systems & workflows
  • Prototype internal tools
  • Solve business problems with AI

Build the Solution

Accelerator

Advanced AI-building training + completed build · Application required
$2,500founding tuition per participant

For employees who already have:

  • An internal company problem
  • An operational bottleneck
  • A workflow worth improving
  • A software / system opportunity

The Accelerator is application-only. There is no public Accelerator checkout.

Foundations vs. Accelerator

Core training. Advanced training + completed build.

Both programs train your employee. Foundations teaches the core AI-assisted building process. The Accelerator teaches a deeper, more advanced process and is structured so your employee completes an agreed real build while learning it. Neither program assumes a software, coding, or prior AI-building background.

Foundations

Core AI-building training

Your employee learns to direct AI, build software, understand systems, and solve business problems, then returns with the skill to keep building.

Accelerator

Advanced training + completed build

Your employee learns advanced tooling, architecture, integrations, and deployment across six consecutive weeks (Thursday + Friday) while working on a real company problem and leaves with the agreed build completed.

What gets built

Realistic company use cases.

Examples of what an internal builder might create; these are not guarantees. Scope is shaped by your business and the program your employee joins.

Internal workflow software

Turn a manual, multi-step process into a tool your team actually runs day to day.

Operations automation

Automate the repetitive operational work that quietly absorbs hours every week.

Intake / routing systems

Standardize how requests, leads, or tickets come in and where they go next.

Reporting / dashboard tools

Pull the numbers that matter into one clear view instead of chasing them by hand.

Quoting / estimating workflows

Build a quoting or estimating tool that reflects how your business actually prices.

Scheduling / dispatch tools

Make scheduling and dispatch less of a spreadsheet and more of a system.

Repetitive admin automation

Remove the copy-paste-reformat work that sits between the tools you already use.

Company-specific AI tools

Build an AI-assisted tool shaped to your domain, your data, and your workflows.

Why internal builders

Keep the capability inside the company.

The person already inside your business understands it in a way no outside vendor can match. KLYENT turns that understanding into the ability to build.

Already knows the business

Your employee understands the workflows, customers, and edge cases no outside vendor starts with.

Knows the existing workflows

They've lived inside the manual process, so the build reflects reality, not assumptions.

Faster iteration with internal context

When something breaks or changes, the person who built it is already in the building.

Less dependence on outside vendors

You stop paying for every small change. The capability to build and adjust stays in-house.

Capability remains inside the company

The skill doesn't walk out the door with a contractor. Your team keeps it.

We make no exaggerated ROI claims. We build capability. What you do with it is up to you.

Ben S., instructor at KLYENT AI Builder Lab

Your instructor

Ben S.

Business operator. Entrepreneur. AI-assisted software builder.

Taught by a builder, not a lecturer.

He built a seven-figure ecommerce business and learned AI-assisted software building to solve the real problems inside it, and he still builds real software today.

He works across the full stack your team's build will touch: architecture, databases, APIs, automation, payments, security, debugging, and deployment.

He came to software the way most builders do: through real business problems, not academia. That is the perspective your employees learn from.

FAQ

Company questions, answered.

What's the difference between Foundations and the Accelerator for companies?

Both are training programs. Foundations teaches the core AI-assisted building process: your employee learns to build with AI and returns with a working build and the skill to make the next one. The Accelerator teaches a deeper, more advanced process in architecture, integrations, workflows, deployment, and problem-solving while your employee completes an agreed real build across six consecutive weeks (Thursday + Friday). No software, coding, or prior AI-building experience is required for either program; we teach the tools and the process inside the room.

Can we send more than one employee?

Yes. Multiple seats are welcome in both programs. Reach out and we'll coordinate seats across the same cohort where possible.

Can KLYENT issue an invoice instead of running a card?

Yes. For companies that need invoicing, multiple seats, or a purchase-order process, contact us and we'll handle it directly. Use the contact button on this page.

Does the Accelerator have public checkout?

No. Accelerator participation is application-only. After review and acceptance, we coordinate payment and scheduling with you directly. There is no public checkout for the Accelerator.

Where does training happen?

All programs run in person at KLYENT AI Builder Lab, 2622 S 162nd Street, New Berlin, WI 53151. There is no remote or video option because the format depends on being in the room.

Do you guarantee a specific ROI?

No. We do not make ROI claims or guarantees. We build internal capability and, in the Accelerator, a real working build. What your team does with that capability and that build is up to you.
