Terms of Use & Enrollment Terms

These terms govern use of the KLYENT AI Builder Lab website and enrollment in KLYENT AI Builder Foundations, the KLYENT AI Builder Accelerator, and the KLYENT Founder Launch add-on, including company-sponsored enrollments.

KLYENT AI Builder Lab is a program and brand operated by Klyent LLC, located at 2622 S 162nd Street, New Berlin, WI 53151. Questions can be sent to admin@klyent.app.

KLYENT AI Builder Lab is intended for participants age 18 or older. Enrollment and application information you provide must be accurate.

KLYENT may decline participation where reasonably necessary for capacity, safety, program fit, nonpayment, material misconduct, abuse or fraud, or inability to satisfy Accelerator acceptance requirements.

KLYENT AI Builder Foundations is a beginner-friendly program with $500 tuition across two in-person weekends. Participants receive instruction and guided building support.

KLYENT AI Builder Accelerator requires an application and acceptance. Standard tuition is $2,500. An accepted applicant may choose to pay in full at $2,250, or pay a $500 non-refundable deposit credited toward tuition with a $2,000 remaining balance due ten (10) calendar days before the first Accelerator training day. For the Founding Accelerator, that deadline is September 21, 2026. The Accelerator is a project-centered program running six (6) consecutive weeks, meeting every Thursday and Friday for twelve (12) live training days at approximately five (5) live hours per day, approximately sixty (60) live hours total, with a current maximum capacity of six (6) participants.

KLYENT Founder Launch is a $299 add-on available only in connection with a Foundations enrollment; it is not a standalone program. It provides educational and business-setup guidance only.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Klyent LLC does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Enrollment and payment are subject to the Refund & Transfer Policy in effect at the time of purchase. That policy governs cancellations, refunds, transfers, and what happens if a cohort is cancelled or rescheduled.

For the Accelerator, the $500 enrollment deposit is non-refundable and is credited in full toward the $2,500 tuition.

Tuition covers KLYENT instruction and KLYENT-provided course materials. Participants are responsible for obtaining and paying for any third-party software, accounts, subscriptions, credits, hosting, domains, APIs, model usage, integrations, and other project-specific services they choose or require for their project.

KLYENT may teach or demonstrate using certain tools. Foundations commonly taught or demonstrated tools may include ChatGPT, Lovable, Supabase, and GitHub. Accelerator may additionally include Claude / Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Vercel, and GoHighLevel. These lists are illustrative, not mandatory or exhaustive, and participants may use alternatives. KLYENT does not guarantee equivalent compatibility, instructional depth, troubleshooting support, integrations, or project outcomes for every alternative technology stack. KLYENT does not supply paid third-party accounts or usage credits.

Participants are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party software and platforms they use. KLYENT is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, credit or usage limits, API changes, account suspensions, product discontinuation, third-party data-loss or security incidents, or changes to third-party functionality.

You retain ownership of your original project and work product. KLYENT makes no ownership claim over your startup or product merely because it was built during the program.

KLYENT retains ownership of its curriculum, instructional materials, templates, methodologies, KLYENT-owned software, pre-existing intellectual property, and KLYENT branding and content. Participating does not give you ownership of KLYENT pre-existing intellectual property.

For employer-sponsored work, ownership between you and your employer remains governed by your own employment, contractor, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or invention-assignment agreements. KLYENT does not adjudicate or override those agreements.

AI-assisted output may not be unique, exclusively owned, non-infringing, or independently copyrightable. You remain responsible for reviewing the rights and restrictions that apply to material you use in your project.

Use synthetic data, test data, sandbox environments, and redacted information where reasonably possible. You must not knowingly submit or expose passwords, private API keys, access tokens, production credentials, confidential customer information, proprietary employer information, or regulated or sensitive personal information unless you have authority to use it and appropriate safeguards are in place.

Participation does not give KLYENT permission to access systems or data you are not authorized to access. You are responsible for obtaining employer or client permission before using company-owned systems, code, data, credentials, or intellectual property.

Founder Launch provides educational guidance on topics such as business naming and positioning, business-formation concepts, the EIN process, business banking and separation of funds, basic bookkeeping and expense concepts, domains and email, and payment-processing setup concepts.

KLYENT does not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, investment, or individualized professional advice. KLYENT does not promise to form an LLC for you, file legal documents as your representative, act as your registered agent, prepare your taxes, or make legal determinations. Use qualified professionals where appropriate.

KLYENT provides instruction, support, project guidance, and the defined program experience. Foundations participants learn the AI-assisted building process while working toward a real, working project. Accelerator participants work toward a functional MVP or system within an appropriately scoped project.

KLYENT does not guarantee revenue, profit, customers, funding, employment, job placement, commercial success, investment, business viability, market acceptance, or uninterrupted software operation, and does not promise that every participant will finish an unrestricted project regardless of scope or participation.

If you satisfy attendance, cooperation, and work expectations, work within the agreed project scope, and a reasonable MVP or system completion target has been established with KLYENT, and the agreed scoped work has not reached the defined completion standard by the scheduled program end, KLYENT may provide designated additional project-lab or support time directed toward that same agreed scope.

This does not expand the project scope, guarantee commercial success, create unlimited or lifetime development services, or require KLYENT to build unrelated or new features without charge.

Participants may not:

• harass or threaten others;
• intentionally disrupt instruction;
• misuse another participant's systems, accounts, or data;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• use KLYENT instruction or resources to facilitate unlawful activity;
• knowingly distribute malicious code; or
• materially violate venue safety requirements.

KLYENT may remove a participant for serious or material misconduct, and where practical such decisions are proportionate. Refund consequences remain governed by the Refund & Transfer Policy and applicable law.

These are live, cohort-based programs. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, bringing appropriate computer equipment, completing agreed project work, maintaining access to the software and accounts you choose, and notifying KLYENT of material attendance issues.

KLYENT is not required to recreate entire missed live sessions privately. Any discretionary make-up or support does not create an ongoing entitlement.

A company may sponsor or pay for a participant. One substitution before the program begins may be allowed subject to availability, KLYENT approval, and applicable program requirements; Accelerator substitutes remain subject to Accelerator acceptance.

Company sponsorship does not give KLYENT ownership of company intellectual property, and rights between participant and employer remain governed by their own agreements.

Ordinary enrollment does not grant KLYENT unlimited marketing rights to your image, statements, or work. KLYENT may photograph or video general program activity only subject to the consent process actually used, and media or testimonial use requires separate authorization or consent where applicable.

When using this website, you may not:

• interfere with the website's operation;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• misuse the enrollment, application, or payment systems;
• submit fraudulent information; or
• copy or commercially redistribute KLYENT-owned site or course materials without permission.

KLYENT may reasonably modify instructors, teaching examples, software demonstrations, curriculum sequencing, and classroom logistics without materially reducing the purchased program. Material cohort cancellations and date changes remain governed by the Refund & Transfer Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Klyent LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your business decisions, third-party tools, your own systems, your misuse of materials, or external platform interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or any right or liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Personal information collected through the website, enrollment, and applications is described in the Privacy Policy.

KLYENT may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version and effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Updates do not retroactively rewrite the terms of an enrollment you have already purchased without notice.
