Refund & Transfer Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, transfers, and rescheduling work for KLYENT AI Builder Lab programs: KLYENT AI Builder Foundations, the KLYENT AI Builder Accelerator, and the KLYENT Founder Launch add-on.

KLYENT AI Builder Lab is a program and brand operated by Klyent LLC, located at 2622 S 162nd Street, New Berlin, WI 53151. Questions and requests can be sent to admin@klyent.app.

Program cohorts are capped and each reserved seat keeps someone else out of the room, so this policy is deliberately specific. Please read it before you pay.

Tuition for KLYENT AI Builder Foundations is $500, paid in full at enrollment.

A. Full refund window. You may cancel and receive a full refund when your cancellation is received at least fourteen (14) calendar days before Weekend 1 of the cohort you enrolled in.

B. Inside 14 days before Weekend 1. If you cancel fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days before Weekend 1, no cash refund is available. You may instead request one transfer to the next available Foundations cohort, subject to seat availability.

C. After Weekend 1 begins. Once Weekend 1 begins, tuition is non-refundable and no automatic transfer entitlement remains.

D. Transfers are one-time. A transfer does not create a right to repeated or indefinite future transfers.

Enrollment in the KLYENT AI Builder Accelerator is acceptance-based. Standard tuition is $2,500. Accepted applicants may currently choose one of two payment options:

Option A, pay in full: $2,250.

Option B, deposit and balance: a $500 enrollment deposit, credited in full toward the $2,500 tuition, followed by a $2,000 remaining balance. The remaining balance is due ten (10) calendar days before the first Accelerator training day. For the Founding Accelerator, that deadline is September 21, 2026.

The $500 enrollment deposit is non-refundable.

A. Before the remaining-balance deadline. You may request one transfer to a future available Accelerator cohort. If you have paid more than the $500 deposit and elect to cancel instead of transferring, amounts paid above the $500 deposit are refunded. The $500 deposit remains non-refundable.

B. After the remaining-balance deadline. Payments are non-refundable. Any transfer is solely at KLYENT's discretion and subject to availability.

Missed balance. If the $2,000 remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, KLYENT may send written notice, and you will receive a 48-hour cure period. If the balance remains unpaid after that period, your enrollment may be cancelled, your seat may be released, and the $500 deposit is forfeited.

KLYENT Founder Launch is a $299 add-on to Foundations. It is available only in connection with a Foundations enrollment and is not a standalone program. The $299 covers Founder Launch services and materials; it does not include third-party or government expenses.

Refund treatment. If your underlying Foundations enrollment qualifies for a full refund before the applicable deadline and Founder Launch services or materials have not begun, the Founder Launch payment is also refunded.

Once Founder Launch services or participant-specific Founder Launch materials have begun, the $299 Founder Launch charge becomes non-refundable.

Cohort cancellation. If KLYENT cancels an entire cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another available cohort.

Material date changes. If KLYENT materially changes the cohort dates and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another available cohort.

Isolated disruptions. For isolated weather, facility, instructor emergency, power outage, or similar disruption affecting an individual class or session, KLYENT may schedule a reasonable replacement session or date.

Where a company sponsors a participant:

The same program refund rules above remain in force. KLYENT may allow one participant substitution before the program begins, subject to availability. For the Accelerator, a substitute must satisfy KLYENT's Accelerator acceptance requirements.

How to request. Send refund, transfer, or cancellation requests to admin@klyent.app from the email address used at enrollment. Eligibility is based on the date KLYENT receives your request.

How refunds are returned. Refunds are returned through the applicable or original payment method where practical. Processor or bank timing may affect when funds appear in your account.

Your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have that cannot legally be waived.

A note on chargebacks. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We would rather resolve it directly and quickly.
